BREAKFAST

Almond Butter + Whole Wheat Toast (+banana, raspberry jam)
Apple
Greek Yogurt (oats, berries, bananas, flax seed, honey)
Egg Omelet + Turkey Bacon (egg whites, onion, red pepper, garlic powder, tomatoes, cheese)
Fruit Smoothie (frozen fruit, fruit, flax seed, gatorade powder, strawberry protein powder)
Protein Shake (almond butter, banana, Oreo crunch)
Oatmeal  (apples, cinnamon, berries, choc. chips, brown sugar, milk) + Banana + Milk
Protein Pancakes + Eggs n Bacon (blueberries, bananas, cinnamon, syrup)

LUNCH

Pita + Hummus + Milk
Apple
Blueberries
Greek Yogurt (oats, berries, bananas, flax seed, honey)
Bean Burrito (see graphic)
Chicken + Rice (try curry chicken, also try glazing the chicken with a dressing before hand, peas and carrots, broccoli, onions, beans, red peppers, scrambled egg, turkey bacon bits)
Fruit Smoothie (frozen fruit, fruit, flax seed, gatorade powder, strawberry protein powder)
Protein Shake (almond butter, banana, Oreo crunch)
Tuna + Whole Wheat Toast (drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil)
Yam Potato + Apple
Egg Sandwich + + Turkey Bacon + Whole Wheat Toast + Milk
Pasta Concoction + Chicken (cheese, peppers, onions, broccoli)
Turkey Burger (double patty, lettuce, tomato, mayo, BBQ sauce)
Cheese + Crackers (vegetable thins or wheat thins)
Chili + Ground Turkey
Quinoa
Greek Pasta Salad + Chicken (olives, onions, peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, feta cheese, oil, pepper)

DINNER

Yam Fries + Turkey Burger
Pasta Concoction + Chicken + Fries (cheese, peppers, onions, broccoli)
