As promised, here are the sites Im using to achieve my goals:
Exercise
Click. - Ripped like him!! And here's HIS tips.
Click. - If you havent already heard of it, its a program that helps anyone achieve 100 pushups in a short time-frame. I downloaded the app and did it faithfully (every second day) and ended up only getting 55 at any given time. Still, great, but not quite 100. See if you can!
Click. - Starts with a real interesting tip saying that flexing the muscle(s) you're about to work out for about 10 seconds before helps a lot. Perfect for those of you who are limited on your choice of weights. Quite a few compound exercises in there too!
Click. - Hate crunches and sit ups?! (They're useless anyways...resistance is the way to go..but Ill save that for another post). This video gave me some great ideas to help broaden my core exercises.
Click. - This is a must-see for finding inspiration. Young people like me with the exact same mission. The people on this site tend to take a lot of supplements though.
Click. - Here's an all-around great post, but with a focus on abs. Gotta check out #6 (Cable Crunches; amazing!)

Click. - A list of snacks that actually taste good and are easy to make! Goes well with your workouts.

Click. - AMAZING idea for a website/app. This will help you in all areas of your life to break and make new habits. Its helped me stopped cracking my knuckles and saying negative things. A very good motivator when you need one. This is a great first step for everyone!!
Click. - On a semi-related note, this website will help you with getting more out of your day. As I did, you will learn about different sleep cycles and how you can get less sleep and feel just as good. Great for those of you needing to work out in the early morn. Combine this with the previous link and get a great habit for the rest of your life and in fact add years to that great life of yours by sleeping less!
Click. - Another site informing and helping you sleep less. Very intriguing read!! And after having done it for 8 months now, Im very happy and proud that Im on a polyphasic sleep cycle!
Now thats some good night reading! This will update you completely and give you an idea of what to expect for this transformation to occur.
