Starting Off

The following is a real account of the blood, sweat, tears, and protein put into me going from fit to fitter. More specifically, Im going to gain about 20 pounds of muscle and tone up everything else.

Im about to partake in a 3 month, all-out, body ripping routine. This will start Sept 8. Until then, Ill be posting about once a week with everything Im learning on the lead up, my current routine to give you an idea of what it takes to get up to the right level, and anything helpful information I can give you. This blog is useful for the people who are looking for a real transformation, from a person just like them. Ill will be as transparent as I can so that you will be able to see exactly what I did through the whole process. Also, most of what I will be doing can be done by most everyone. That is to say I wont be taking crazy supplements, killing myself in my workouts, or going on a strict, disgusting diet. So if you're the average person looking to get more ripped without changing your habits too drastically, this will be perfect for you.
